Price
This is the most important factor when buying a new phone you have got to make sure that you can afford it before you buy it and you have got to think about if you are going to buy it on a contract or buy it outright. Personally, I buy the full phone all at once so that I do not get tied down into a contract. You have got to make sure that the cost is worth the amount of technology you are buying. You would not pay more than $200 for a Nokia would you, you have got to make sure you are getting the most value for your money.
Battery
This is measured in mAh and obviously the more of this the better your battery life will be. I always look into the specifications of a phone before I spend a lot of money and the battery is one of the first things that I look into before I buy it as I want to make sure that the phone is going to last for at least a day without it having to be on charge all the time. Sometimes, the amount of mAh can be misleading as like with the note5 from Samsung, that had a lot of mAh and it exploded so you have got to make sure that the battery is supported. You should also look into the uptime this will be near the amount of mAh this is how long the phone will last on one charge.
Accessibility
This is how easy to use the phone is. Let's face it if all phones ran from a command-line interface then no one would buy them and they definitely would not be as popular as they are now. You have got to make sure that you will be able to use the phone before buying this is why I would recommend you go into a store so you can get a feel for the phone and see how it run, then you can always go home and order it online to save some money. Make sure that you can use the phone you are going to buy especially if you are older you might have some problems understanding all of these new features.
Compatability
If you have got an iMac and are thinking of buying an android you might run into some compatibility issues, this means do these two devices talk to each other or do they argue and fight to put it into human terminology. You have got to think about the other devices in your home to make sure that the new phone you are going to buy will work with the devices that you have currently got at home. Most androids will work smoothly with windows and iPhones with iMacs, sometimes cross platforms can be a problem.
User Friendliness
You have got to make sure that the phone you are going to buy is user friendly so that you can easily navigate around the phone when you are trying to find an app. Most new phones take this into account when they are designing it but sometimes they don't and leave it down to the user. If you can not use the phone then there is no point in buying it.
Camera
Lots of new phones have got really really powerful cameras sometimes they have even got more than one camera like the new iPhone 11 has got 3 cameras. Most phones have got a good camera as a lot of people will use this as there main form of camera and it does save you from buying another device. you have got to make sure that the front camera is just as good as the back camera so that you can get all those great selfies. Make sure that the phone has got a good camera and maybe even more than one camera so that you can use it as your main form of photography or just get those great selfies to post online.
Screen Resolution
You probably won't be able to tell a difference in this as most phones have got a good resolution and sometimes new phones make changes to the resolution that even the human eye can not see. A lot of phones will have at least a high definition screen so that you will still get good quality for the screen. Make sure that you will be able to still see the screen in sunlight as some screens are susceptible to sunlight and make the screen less visible. You will only be able to see this when you have the phone in hand so make sure that you see the screen in person before buying it online.
Performance
When you are buying a new phone you want to make sure that the phone is going to be fast and you have got to make sure that it is going to stay fast. If you have a look ay my previous posts you will see one about the new iPhone being the fastest yet. you have got to make sure that the phone is going to support the use if you are going to be playing games on the phone then you have got to make sure that the phone is going to support the games you will be playing. If you will just be using the phone for social media then any phone from about 2016 will do just fine in terms of performance.
Brand Reputation
You will probably buy a phone because of its brand like when Apple releases a new phone then you will probably have an urge to buy it because it is new and shiny. Samsung will do the same they will make a new phone and they sell it like it is the best phone around. Most phones will last a very long time I still have got a note 8 and it is still going strong. I only buy a new phone when there is a problem with the old one. Do not buy a phone just because it is an iPhone or just because it is a Samsung you should look into the specifications and reviews of the phone so that you do not buy it just because of the name of the phone.
Updates
This is how often the phone gets updated now I do not mean that someone is going to come out to your house and update the phone for you it is software updates and a lot of new phones will have one of these every few weeks or so. You have got to make sure that the phone you buy will be able to receive updates so that it is as secure and as fast as possible. This will also mean that you will not miss out on any new features that an update might have, sometimes you might have to update the phone by plugging it into a computer so again you have got to make sure that it is compatible with your device.
If you follow this guide then you should be able to buy the most perfect phone for you. Just to recap make sure that you see the phone in person and make sure that you look into the specifications instead of just buying it for the brand name. Thank you for taking the time to read this and from me...
