| Anti-lockdown protesters kicked off Facebook |
These protesters were not directly blocked from Facebook or from accessing there account as it might be their first violation of the terms of service but they have been limited on what they can do on Facebook. The protesters can not comment on pages or even read the comments on some posts, this is a good thing as it stops people from tagging people in posts and stops them from sharing their views on this situation.
Most of these groups on Facebook have been taken down by the moderators of Facebook but as soon as one is taken down it does not take long before another one appears. This is one of the main problems online as 1 person can have millions and millions of throw away accounts which can cause serious problems as these accounts can be connected to lots of different groups to share these anti-lockdown thoughts.
Once they have been blocked on Facebook or the groups have been taken down they will get fed up with trying to use Facebook to share their content on these anti-protests then they will go to another site which will not ban them or block them. This new site that they are using is MeWe where it states it prides its self on user privacy, this site is where a lot of conspiracy theorists gather to share some of there theories together. I am not sure how this site works and I do not want to even go on it.
I knew that these anti-lockdown protesters would find another site to use and why not choose a site that is filled with "crazy" people so they can all share their stories together. Just as a warning I would probably stay away from this site as there is just so much nonsense on it. I do believe in freedom of speech even when they are wrong I do not believe that people have got to force there world views on someone. It is just stupid that these people are protesting against there own health. It is like going up to a murderer and saying come on then, just because we can not see the threat does not mean that it is not real.
If you are sharing anti-lockdown groups or sharing anything that has got to do with anti-quarantine protests then you are just as bad as the people who are joining them as you are the ones fueling this and getting it publicity. It is about time someone stops these groups from gathering maybe they should toughen the lockdown measures for the people who are going against the lockdown and then when the lockdown is over keep these people inside as a sort of punishment for them.
I hope that you are all staying safe during this lockdown and please make sure that you are staying at home as just because we can not see this enemy does not mean that it is not real.
