RIP Bill Withers

Yesterday was a very sad day we lost a blues icon known as Bill Withers. I usually work with musicians who do blues and jazz songs and we would always say that bill is still with us but we can no longer say that as we are saddened by his death.  He wrote so many good songs such as...

- Ain't No Sunshine ( When she's gone )

- Lean On Me

- Lovely Day 

- Just the two of us 

He really was such a blues icon and has got a very interesting story including domestic abuse and how hate-fueled most of America was at that time. You have got to remember that most of these songs were from the old school America when there were segregation and a lot of racial abuse which unfortunately is still a thing that occurs now. Bill has inspired so many great musicians as well which are famous today. I am truly saddened to hear that he is no longer still with us. I hope he is having a good time where ever he is and is still playing all of his old school songs.
