You might be asking why has your morning been so good well let me tell you, I have managed to get a good solid workout in something to really push me that I haven't done in a while which felt really good. The best part is pushing myself to get those last few seconds in on a hard work I am not sure if it is a physical thing because physically I am in really good shape I think it is the emotional part of pushing myself just that little bit further telling myself that I can do this just a few more seconds and I will make this. It was definitely an ab focused workout instead of a gaining muscle workout as I wanted to focus on just getting these abs right down and cut out. I would really recommend starting your day out with a workout it can make you feel so good and warms you up for whatever the rest of the day has got in for you, it doesn't have to be as intense as the one that I have just done but it really helps to get the heart going for the rest of the day.
