Zoom has had a lot of security flaws and has been hacked leaking lots of available webcams and past video calls footage has been leaked as well. This is a big thing for businesses as they might be discussing very important business that is yet to be released to the public and if banks are using this app to talk about client's accounts then this is an even bigger security flaw as it puts lots of accounts a risk.
Google has banned all of its employees from using this app for video conferencing because of all of it securities flaw but why does google not just ban the app from the play store so that no one can download it and put themselves at risk. Surely it would be better for them to just remove the app from the store so that no one can download it and only allow Zoom to reupload there app when they have fixed the security flaws.
I think this app should be removed from all download sites as it puts a lot of people's data at risk. A lot of large organisations are using this app as well and they might not know about the security flaws which is a very big deal as they might have their data leaked. Schools are also using this app as well which means its puts a risk to the pupils they are teaching, surely the schools have got some responsibility to protect their students from using this app so that no one gets hacked or their data were stolen as then it becomes the school's fault.
Most big companies are banning the app such as space-c, google, and NASA because of its privacy concerns so why is it still okay for everyone else to download this app. I hope none of you have downloaded the app for school or anything like that as it is not secure enough for this yet. Please do not use this app....
