Amazon is cracking down on internal communication as employees used mailing lists to critique the working conditions inside the warehouse. When you are working in a warehouse with lots of other people it is probably going to be hard to stay at least 2 meters apart from everyone especially if you are working in a huge warehouse-like amazon with lots and lots of other employees. I am sure that the internal affairs of amazon will be cracking down on this instantly to stop it from getting too out of hand.
They can not stop their employees talk to each other about the working conditions as they have got freedom of speech but when they start using Amazon's own resources to talk about there working conditions it does become a bit out of hand if you ask me. This happened because the employees went public about the working conditions instead of going to their boss about it. There is a system that would handle complaints and you would probably still have a job at the end of it as well.
This is why there is a chain of command in a company so that issues can be brought up and something can be done about to improve the relationship between an employee and the boss. If you do not follow this chain of command then not only are you going to possibly be out of a job but when the boss just does what you have asked the first time without an argument then you are going to look like a fool in the eye of the public. This has got links to respect and how you should respect your bosses as they are paying you and giving you money to live your life.
If ever I have got a problem with working conditions then I would take it up with my boss and say something about them and then when nothing gets done about it I keep asking about it and then when that doesn't work I would ask my colleges if they feel they feel the same way about it and ask them to talk to the boss as well. This way something would get done about it and you would also have a job at the end of it.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and as always from me...
Stay Safe IFB :)
